How Business Matching at ACG Works

 
  1. If you are NOT an ABM Member, please book a meeting to discuss the event and your goals.

  2. If you represent an Indigenous government or development corporation, we bring companies to the event that match your priorities. If you represent a company that aligns with the objectives of the communities and development corporations, we encourage you to register.

  3. Your event registration includes up to 17 20-minute appointment slots you will fill in preparation for day 2 of the event.

  4. You create an online profile that expresses your goals for attendance. This profile attracts the right matches.

  5. Business matching has started, and delegates are already scheduling one-on-one meetings with each other.

  6. You review all attendees’ profiles and request appointments with decision-makers you would like to meet.

  7. We provide matchmaking support during preparation.

  8. You respond to incoming appointment requests by declining or accepting.

  9. At the event, you meet with your confirmed business matches based on the schedule you have created.

  • Non-Members: $4150

  • includes 2 delegates

  • 1 reception, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, coffee breaks

  • 17 one-on-one meetings with decision-makers on day 2

  • each Additional Delegate: $750

Indigenous Communities or Dev Corps

For communities or dev corps that are not ABM Community Partners:

  • $2075 includes:

  • up to 4 delegates

  • 1 reception, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, coffee breaks per person.

  • each additional delegate: $750

  • no booth, no accommodations or travel.

Hotel Bookings

A room block has been set up at The Plaza Hotel, 405 Victoria Street.

It is an older property right downtown and an 8-minute drive from TRU. The rooms are small and clean.

At $99 per night, the rate is very good:)

Payments

Payments are due on the day of registration by credit card or EFT.

Billing arrangements can be made for registration prior to October 1.

October 26, 2025 Payment Deadline
Late payment fee of $1000 is applied to all unpaid registrations. No exceptions.

November 1, 2025
Removal of all unpaid accounts.
